2015 IT Service Quality Survey

This year for the first time Macquarie University is participating in the annual Systems Thinking Australian and New Zealand University IT Service Quality Benchmark Project. 
This project commenced in 2008 and has become the sector’s touch-point for measuring IT service quality and performance, and gives you the opportunity to feedback on IT Systems and Services.

The comparative results provide valuable insight for individual participant universities and for the whole university sector. The project also provides individual performance metrics, allowing the university to not only gauge its performance against its peers but to understand the real cost of its service provision. The project consists of two surveys, one for staff and one for students which will be emailed out with a link to complete. Approval has been sought from the DVC students, Ethics Committee, Marketing and Legal. 

The survey has been emailed to your staff email address from ‘ITSurvey’ for completion between Monday 16 March until Friday 27 March, you will not be asked to enter your OneID password and the link within the email will take you to a secure Systems Thinking site to complete the survey. On completion of the survey you will have the option to enter into a random prize draw, with a chance of winning one of ten Macquarie Centre Gift Cards with a value of either $100, $50 or $20.
