Friday 27th Feb, 3pm saw the iLearn Drop-in clinic for Session 1 come to a close.
During the three weeks it ran, we saw a total of 201 staff members come through the doors and a few students too!
We had the usual gamut of questions, from how to set up an iLearn unit for the new session, to creating unit guides, making quizzes, setting up groups and the gradebook. No question too small, question too big.

The now famous and much-loved iLearn Drop-in Clinic is back starting Monday, 21 July to support staff in their readiness for Session 2 for all things iLearn , iTeach (including Unit Guides) related.
The super friendly Learning and Teaching staff look forward to seeing you there!
This week the Unit Guide system became part of iTeach.
Staff can now publish unit guides and activate and administer their iLearn spaces in one place:iteach.mq.edu.au.
Students and the public can view published unit guides at unitguides.mq.edu.au.

UNITS, the Unit Guide system, will soon become part of iTeach.
Exciting news! From Session 2, Unit Convenors will use iTeach to publish their Unit Guides and activate their iLearn spaces.
In order to prepare for the upgrade, UNITS will be unavailable for staff this Friday (29 May) afternoon from 12.00 to 5.00 pm and Wednesday 4 June from 12.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Unit guides will still be available for students and staff to view but staff will not be able to log in to edit or update their unit guides during these times.
