The library has subscribed to online access for three key Australian newspapers. Staff can use the links below, so departmental or personal subscriptions to papers are no longer necessary.
Here’s a rundown on what you need to know on getting the most out of The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and the Australian Financial Review.
Access is available to the online and digital editions.
The online edition is the website of the newspaper, with access to all content. When you’re on campus, the MQ wi-fi network will give you access to the newspaper website. The newspaper website is mobile enabled for viewing on your smartphone.
Digital edition of the SMH
Also available is a digital edition which is a replica of the physical paper, so think traditional newspaper layout.
Access to the online and digital replica editions is via the links below.
As usual with any database access, just sign in with your MQ OneID when you’re off campus. Our Library subscription includes 6 months’ archival access to The Age and the SMH, and 3 years’ archival access to the AFR.
