Need to order your student experience surveys? The Teaching Evaluation for Development Service (TEDS) has a brand new website, with many of the additional resources you need located in a handy iLearn unit.
The new website provides on overview of how and why to order student experience surveys – with a separate tab for New and Experienced users to give you the most relevant information. If you are an Experienced User, you can navigate directly from the website page to order your surveys.
The iLearn site contains detailed information about the ordering cycle, the survey process and survey types, and provides helpful sample surveys and reports. To view the iLearn unit, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Teaching Evaluation and TEDs iLearn unit page and login with your OneID
- Click the ‘Enrol Me’ button near the bottom of the page
- The ‘Teaching Evaluation and TEDS’ unit will then show up on your iLearn home page, under the tab ‘Other Units’. Click through to the Student Feedback and Surveys (TEDS) page.
Don’t leave it to the last minute!
We recommend that you carry out your LET (teaching) surveys during weeks 8 through 10, and your LEU (unit) surveys during weeks 11 through 13. We require 21 days’ notice to guarantee that the survey will be ready on the date required. Note also that surveys must be completed by the last day of teaching. If you wish to vary this date, or if you have any survey questions, please contact TEDS@mq.edu.au to discuss.
