In the name of employability – 5000 jobs and counting!

Do your students know about CareerHub, Macquarie’s online jobs database? Or perhaps you’re looking for a talented student to do some casual work? Right now CareerHub has close to 500 active opportunities posted by employers, and over the course of last year there were around 5000.

CareerHub is run by the Career and Employment Service and is  freely available to  Macquarie students and recent graduates.  Opportunities include full-time, graduate, vacation/internships, international, contract, part-time, casual, volunteer and work experience jobs.

Further info

We are working on an upgrade to CareerHub that will allow it to talk to the student system. The Library, Mentors, and Program/Academic Advice are also interested in using this functionality as a way of booking times with students.  To find out more, or if you have general inquiries about listing on CareerHub or how it could benefit your students or your area, please contact Julie.doherty@mq.edu.au.
